PRICES OF THE RURAL HOUSE

The prices are calculated for 5 persons (availability up to 7 persons previous consultation).

1. Prices weekend (Friday to Sunday)

• High season: 350 euros
• Low season: 320 euros

2. Prices between week (from Monday until Friday)

• High season: 130 euros / day
• Low season: 120 euros / day

3. Supplementary bed boasted 20 euros / day

Cal Porxo offers special rates on bookings for weekly:

• Low season: 735 euros / 7 nigths.
• High season: 800 euros / 7 nigths.

The minimal stay is 2 nights and during Bankholidays and Holy Week 3 nights.

High period: from July 1 until August 31, all Bankholidays: New Year´s Eve, Holy Week, Trade of Wine (May 1), Saint John, 12th of Oct, All the Saints, 6th od December Constitution and Christmas.

Low season: the rest.

And now, during your stay, will be able to enjoy a 10% of discount of the products of our Country Shop.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE HOUSE:

• The house must be left in good state as soon as the stay was finished.
• There remains prohibited the entry of animals in the house.
• It remains prohibited to smoke in the whole house.

AVAILABILITY IN THE HOUSE:

• Kitchen completely equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, icebox, coffee pot nespresso with different capsules and number depending on the period of stay.
• Linen with washing machine and plate.
• Bathtub of trip for babies.
• Dryers.
• Cradle.
• Central heating.
• Internet WI-FI for the whole house.
• In the zone of entry of the house there is tourist information of the Priorat and neighboring Regions.
• Cleanliness from the third day of stay and every three days (the cleanliness will be invoiced in stays lower than 12 days by an amount for 60 euros / every day of service). The client can resign from this service.
• Service full icebox gone over to the house: this service consists of the offering (by request of the client) of products that are in the agrotienda to be able to taste along the stay in Cal Porxo or the possibility of having dishes prepared for the day of the arrival or any other day in which it does not want to be cooked.
• In summer, access to the municipal swimming pool.

CONDICIONS OF THE RESERVATION

1. CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the reservation, by way of expenses of cancellation it will be retained:

• 5 % of the whole of the deposit, when the cancellation of the reservation is done with more than 30 days of advance to the date fixed to occupy the accommodation.
• 50 % of the whole of the deposit when the cancellation is done between the 30 and 8 days previous to the date fixed to occupy the accommodation.
• 100 % of the whole of the deposit, when the cancellation is carried out in seven days previous to the occupation of the accommodation.

These baremos are the stipulated ones in " Decret d'Ordenació on Apartaments Turístics of Comunitat Autònoma of Catalunya ".

In case the client requests changes in the dates of the reservation, one will try to change the above mentioned reservation any time the accommodation is available in the new requested dates.

If the accommodation was reserved during all the requested dates, one will proceed to apply the expenses of cancellation previously quoted.

2. INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY

Either return nor any credit will be realized in case of interrupting the stay in the accommodation.

3. ARRIVALS AND EXITS

The stays of weekend will be from Friday until Sunday.

During the months of Julio and August, they will have to be finished weeks, that is to say, of 7 nights and 8 days.

3.1. ARRIVALS

The hour of arrival on Friday, it will be agreed by the Owner. It is asked to report by phone or e-mail if the hour of arrival, with two days of advance.

If the hour of arrival was suffering changes or delays of last hour, we request communicate it urgently.

3.2. EXITS

The hour of exit will be agreed equally with the Owner. In the moment of the exit one will proceed, review previous of state of the accommodation, to the return of the deposit that settled on having come to the accommodation.

4. CONDITIONS OF RENT

The client receives the accommodation in ideal conditions of hygiene and order, and it is forced to take care of the same one.

If the accommodation was suffering some damage, this one would be repaired or paid by the client.

At the end of its stay and in the presence of the hosts, there will be carried out the cross-check of goods and objects of the accommodation.

5. CAPACITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The capacity of Cal Porxo belongs to 5 adults (extendable to 7 consultation previous with the owners) and it can be occupied only by the number of persons indicated in the reservation (adults and children). In no case it will be possible to overcome this number. The current norms do not allow the visits of persons foreign to the house.

6. HYGIENE and CONSERVATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The client promises to act with the maximum public-spiritedness, respecting the environment, the calmness, the nature, the hygiene and the order of the accommodation.

Before clear indications of VANDALISM, DRUNKENNESS, FUSS, REVELRIES or IMPRUDENT USE of the accommodation and his objects, the owners save themselves the right to give for the contract of rent finished in any moment, having to leave the tenants the facilities of immediate form.

In case these conditions do not happen, the company has the power to receive 40 € to carry an extra cleanliness out after his exit.

We ask them to respect the following rules:

 Respect, at any time, the calmness and the rest, as well as the coexistence with the environment. It is for this motive, that the holidays are not allowed.

 Moderate the consumption of electricity and water always make closed well the doors of the entry and the windows, topcoat on having gone out, as they would do it in their own hearths.

 We save ourselves the right not to accept or to annul the reservations that do not fulfill the norms of coexistence, in any moment and without possibility of refund.

The company does not take responsibility of the personal objects deposited in the accommodation.
